Engagement: Currently we are to engage Senior Student counselors for counseling prospective students for a variety of courses and recruitment to different colleges. The incumbent profile will be expected to drive the company’s efforts to achieve its sales targets for admission in Higher & professional education.

Job Description:

• Handling telephonic & walk-In enquiries.
• Should possess excellent convincing capabilities.
• To train Tele-callers and convert their leads into prospects.
• To respond to enquiries of students (on email/call/walk-ins).
• Convert the enquiries into registrations that lead to Admissions.
• To involve in promotional activities of Universities and available courses.
• To have a good understanding of the revenue generation from registration.
• To ensure that the admission sales target are met for the team & individually.
• Counseling the Students and Parents about various Courses and colleges in India & Abroad.
• To provide detailed information of available courses to prospective students and to brief process & procedures related to academic, personal, professional & financial requirements in order for Admission requirements for various courses and Universities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Should have experience in education related counseling work.
• Experience between 4 - 6 years in voice/international BPO process may also be considered.
• Enthusiastic individual with discipline and professional approach is desirable.
• Candidate should possess excellent convincing capabilities & have knack of talking to people.
• This role would offer an opportunity to grow and travel
