Non-refundable registration fee 
  • AIQ/Central Universities: Rs. 1,000 for General candidates and Rs. 500 for SC/ST/OBC/PWD  candidates

Refundable Security Deposit
  • AIQ/Central Universities: Rs. 25,000 for General candidates and Rs. 10,000 for SC/ST/OBC/PWD  candidates
  • Deemed Universities: Rs. 2,00,000 for all candidates

There is no uploading of documents during MCC counselling registration. Candidates will be required to fill up some information that is available on their NEET PG application form and NEET PG admit card.

Difficulty in login could be due to the use older version of browser, incorrect spellings, etc. Candidates are advised to read User manual and follow the instructions about use of browser (Google Chrome, Latest Version of Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox), use of same spelling and same format of date as in NEET PG application form. Another reason could be interruption in internet connection. If there is interruption in internet connection, the IP address, which is being monitored, will change and current session will be expired. In this case, it is advised to login from different system.

This can happen if Roll Number/Password is typed incorrectly. Therefore, it is advised to type the Roll Number correctly referring NEET PG admit card and Password in the same manner as typed while creating. Ensure CAPS LOCK is on in case if you have used capital letters in your Password.

If there is any discrepancy in spelling in documents and application form, candidates must carry proof indicating that the documents belong to them in the form of undertaking/affidavit at the time of reporting at the allotted medical college.

To retrieve the forgotten Password, the candidate has to click on Forgot Password. He/she will be asked to enter required information that he/she has filled at the time of MCC registration and then the Security Question and Answer are to be entered as submitted during MCC registration. The data submitted by the candidate will be validated with the earlier registration details of the candidate. If the entries match, the candidate will be allowed to create a new Password.

  2. Exercising of Choices and Locking of Choices as per the Schedule

  4. Publication of First Round Result
  5. Reporting at the allotted medical college within stipulated time

There is no restriction on the number of choices. Candidates can give as many choices as they want but in the order of preference. This is because the seat allotment is done as per merit based on the choices given by the candidate in order of preference and availability of seats.

After successful online registration, it is mandatory to fill the choice of PG medical specializations/colleges in order of preference. The choices filled by the candidates will be considered for seat allotment process.

During the choice locking period, it is necessary to lock the choices to get a print of the locked choices. However if a candidate fails to lock the choices, the choices will be automatically locked on the notified date and time.

Yes, candidates can modify their choices of specializations/colleges until the last date and time notified for Choice locking. Once the choices are locked, candidates will not be allowed to modify their choices.

If a candidate is allotted a PG medical seat in the first round, he/she may report at the allotted medical college, complete admission formalities and give willingness for upgradation in the second round. If a candidate does not want to take up the seat allotted in the first round, he/she may take Free Exit and directly participate in the second round.

The security amount is refunded to those candidates who have not been allotted any PG medical seat throughout the counselling process. However, the security amount will be forfeited if the candidate who has been allotted PG medical seat in the second round or mop up round of MCC does not join the allotted medical college. In addition, the security amount will be forfeited if the candidate gives incorrect information at the time of counselling registration based on which a PG medical seat may be allotted and later cancelled by the College Admission Authorities.
