NEET UG 2020 Registration Process begins for MBBS Aspirants

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started NEET UG 2020 registration process from 2 December 2019. NEET 2020 shall be conducted on 3 May 2020.

Eligible candidates can register at the official website of NTA NEET. The steps involved in online NEET registrations are as follows:

  1. Visit ntaneet.nic.in
  2. Click on New Registration
  3. Complete Basic Registration to receive Application number and Password
  4. Fill in Personal Details, Place of Birth, Choice of Medium of Question Paper, Choice of Examination City, Academic details, Address, Parent/guardian details
  5. Submit the application
  6. Upload Scanned images of Passport size photo, Signature, Left thumb impression and Postcard size photo
  7. Review application
  8. Make payment
  9. Print confirmation page

The application fee is Rs. 1500 for General candidates, Rs. 1400 for General-EWS/ OBC-NCL candidates and Rs. 800 for SC/ST/PwD/Transgender candidates.

The last date to register for NEET UG 2020 is 1 Jan 2020.

The NTA will open Correction Facility from 15 Jan 2020 to 31 Jan 2020. Registered candidates can download NEET admit card from 27 March 2020.

Candidates who want to pursue MBBS in India should apply for NEET UG 2020 and qualify with minimum 50th percentile (45th percentile for PwD candidates and 40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC-NCL candidates).
